I was also encouraged to focus on getting better, which was made easier with less stress...I could focus on resting, PT, and getting back in the groove of things after having fallen behind and slower to get back on my feet than usual. The text and email communication was very simple - providing relevant & fast updates. Sending & uploading docs was easy. Plus Nathan would reach out to update me or to help set up appointments as needed. Nathan quickly answered emails and answered any questions I had - I never felt like a nuisance for asking so many! I probably should have led with this - but it cost me $0.00 for Griffith Law Firm to take my case. Even after he helped me settle my claim, he was concerned about how I was doing & went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable to reach out to him with any questions or if I needed help with anything.
