I didn't have to worry about medical bills or paperwork as a client & was directed to helpful resources that I would not have pursued otherwise. He and Griffith Law Firm helped make one of the most stressful several months of my life a lot less stressful - missed several weeks of school and was in-between jobs which made the whiplash and post concussion syndrome harder. I had also lost my car....there was definitely no repairing it - was lucky to get out of that thing alive. Not needing to worry about how I would pay medical bills / deal with insurance was definitely a load off my shoulders. I was also encouraged to focus on getting better, which was made easier with less stress...I could focus on resting, PT, and getting back in the groove of things after having fallen behind and slower to get back on my feet than usual. The text and email communication was very simple - providing relevant & fast updates. Sending & uploading docs was easy. Plus Nathan would reach out to update me or to help set up appointments as needed. Nathan quickly answered emails and answered any questions I had - I never felt like a nuisance for asking so many! I probably should have led with this - but it cost me $0.00 for Griffith Law Firm to take my case. Even after he helped me settle my claim, he was concerned about how I was doing & went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable to reach out to him with any questions or if I needed help with anything. It was definitely not a - "we closed your case now get out of here" mindset at all! Quite the opposite. Griffith law firm makes you feel like family - at the beginning, middle, end of your case and even after the end of your case! Highly recommend.
