Background
Meet Kevin Graham, an experienced personal injury attorney who brings more than 25 years of legal experience representing individuals and families to the GriffithLaw team. Originally from Gatlinburg, Tennessee, Kevin has spent his career helping people navigate some of the most difficult times in their lives. His experience includes automobile accidents, commercial trucking accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death cases.
Throughout his career, Kevin has handled cases from initial investigation through resolution, including multiple jury trials resulting in verdicts that far exceeded the insurance company’s final offer. After spending much of his career practicing in West Tennessee and Arkansas, Kevin recently relocated to the Nashville area and is excited to begin this next chapter with GriffithLaw.
Kevin was drawn to GriffithLaw because of its strong reputation in the legal community and its commitment to providing injured clients with personal attention and effective legal representation. He values the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team that shares his dedication to helping people and putting clients first.
Kevin earned his Juris Doctor from the University College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he graduated magna cum laude. He has been a member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association since 2000 and has been recognized by Super Lawyers for his work in personal injury law. He was also part of the appellate team recognized by the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association for its work on Dedmon v. Steelman, an important Tennessee Supreme Court decision involving the collateral source rule. Kevin is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in both Tennessee and Arkansas.
Outside of work
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and following University of Tennessee athletics. Now that he calls Nashville home, he looks forward to cheering on the Predators, Titans, and Nashville SC. Having grown up in Gatlinburg, he also has a deep appreciation for the natural beauty of the Smoky Mountains and hopes to explore even more of the world through future travels.
Kevin’s favorite quote:
“Well done is better than well said.”
