Brittni’s diverse experiences, unwavering dedication to her family, and commitment to spreading kindness make her an invaluable asset, creating a welcoming environment and friendly face for everyone who interacts with our firm.
Brittni plays a vital role in the daily operations and culture of Griffith Law. She oversees all office maintenance needs, ensuring each office building remains fully stocked, organized, and running smoothly. Brittni also serves as the firm’s primary liaison for building correspondence and handles mail sorting and delivery across offices, keeping communication flowing efficiently.
Working closely with firm leadership, Brittni serves as Mr. Griffith’s right-hand support in organizing calendars, coordinating schedules, and managing key personal and professional details. She also plays a central role in planning and executing firm events, including team outings and initiatives for the Charity Committee and Client Relations Team, helping strengthen both internal culture and community engagement.
In addition to her operational responsibilities, Brittni supports the Intake Director as needed and is always willing to step in wherever help is required. Her background in restaurant management instilled a strong foundation in hospitality, organization, and customer service, while her experience as a sales representative allows her to effectively manage vendors and build lasting professional relationships on behalf of the firm.
Outside of work
Outside of work, Brittni’s greatest joy is her children. Her son, Gavin, reflects a strong dedication to academics, while her energetic twin daughters, Brantley and Raylee, bring constant laughter and light to her life. When she finds time to recharge, Brittni enjoys being outdoors, kayaking, trail hiking, fishing, or going for a walk or run, embracing moments of peace and clarity amid a busy life.
