Last July my fiance and myself were victims of a rearend collision then pushed us into a delivery truck. My SUV was totaled, airbags deployed and we went to the hospital by ambulance. When I was hit by an unlicensed driver in February I initially did not plan to use a lawyer thinking that even though I experienced issues from the wreck that it was not worth a case.
