My best interests were their top priority, and that did not go unnoticed. *Edit: there was a fee in the amount of a few hundred dollars that they assured me I would get reimbursed for, something to do with the court, which I did not get initially. My health insurance also did not cover my medical expenses for some reason which came as a surprise to me. **Edit: Nathan with Griffith Law reached out to me and has been diligently contacting Aetna to figure out the reasoning behind why my health insurance at the time did not cover those expenses. I contacted Griffith Law after a slip and fall incident. From day 1 I felt the sense of urgency but more importantly, I felt safe in the competence of this team. I am so glad I was referred to GriffithLaw following an incident where I was struck by a vehicle. My attorney was Josh Cantrell, and the assistant was Kristen. Communication was very good with each of them. They did wonderful with keeping me up to date, explaining anything I had questions about, and were very timely in responses. They also got my input at every step. Both were friendly, and respectful, and never made me feel like they were trying to rush me or persuade me into something I didn’t really want to do. Just thinking about the legalities was initially nerve-wracking, but I felt so much more at ease when I started working with them.
