Supporting Clients Through
Trauma and Beyond.
Lauren Osborne is a Case Manager at GriffithLaw, where she plays a key role in supporting clients and attorneys throughout the personal injury claims process. With a passion for helping others and a strong academic background in criminal justice, Lauren brings empathy, diligence, and a sharp attention to detail to every case she handles.
Lauren joined the GriffithLaw team seven months ago with a background in civil litigation, including copyright and trademark disputes and shareholder actions. Although personal injury law was a new arena for her, she quickly adapted and is proud of the progress she’s made in mastering the nuances of this practice area. She credits her rapid growth to the strong mentorship of team members like Kristin Muza and the firm’s family-first culture.
Lauren holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Walden University and is a lifetime member of Alpha Phi Sigma, the national honor society for criminal justice students. Her passion for law and service led her to the legal field, where she could channel her talents into making a real difference in people’s lives.
A typical day for Lauren involves staying in close communication with clients, helping guide them through the legal process, organizing case files, and ensuring no detail falls through the cracks. What she loves most about her role is the opportunity to support people during some of the most difficult times in their lives, all while working alongside a team that genuinely cares.
Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys fishing, spending time with her spouse and two children, and—uniquely—cleaning, which she describes as one of her favorite ways to unwind. Her go-to motto that keeps her grounded and focused is: “God, you got this”—a simple but powerful daily reminder of strength and faith
