Connecting Clients with Compensation

Ryan Stout is a Case Manager at GriffithLaw, where he supports personal injury clients with compassion, urgency, and a dedication to justice. Since joining the firm in August 2024, Ryan has brought energy, empathy, and a deep respect for the legal process to every case he manages.

A lifelong Tennessean from White House, Ryan first discovered his passion for law during an internship at the Sumner County District Attorney’s Office. That experience led him to earn a degree from Austin Peay State University and later enroll in the Nashville School of Law, where he’s currently pursuing his J.D. Ryan’s legal journey has taken him from mail clerk to case manager—fueled by grit, ambition, and a desire to serve people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

At GriffithLaw, Ryan starts each day focused on progress—responding to client needs, addressing urgent issues, and pushing cases toward resolution. He treats every client with the same attention and care he would offer a member of his own family. For Ryan, what sets GriffithLaw apart is the heartfelt dedication of its attorneys and staff, all of whom go above and beyond to truly advocate for clients.

Ryan’s guiding philosophy can be summed up in a favorite quote by Henry Ford: “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t—you’re right.” It’s a mindset he carries into every client interaction and case he handles.

Beyond the legal realm

Outside of work and law school, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his high school sweetheart and wife, their dog Opie, and their cat Leia. Whether trying a new restaurant or binge-watching a docuseries, Ryan values life’s quieter moments alongside his biggest supporters. A fun fact? He’s already planning to one day establish a scholarship fund for aspiring law students and become more involved in causes close to his heart, like veteran support and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
