Background
Caroline Woodard has been part of the GriffithLaw team since 2022, bringing both financial expertise and strategic insight to the firm. What began as a focus on bookkeeping and managing daily cash flow has since expanded into a leadership role where she oversees financial planning, budgeting, and team development. Today, she plays a key role in guiding the firm’s growth and long-term strategy.
Caroline enjoys the trust and autonomy her position affords, noting that her input is not only valued but relied upon in shaping the direction of the firm. Whether she’s ensuring account-level accuracy, collaborating with colleagues, or stepping into strategy sessions, her work helps keep GriffithLaw on a steady path forward.
With a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Finance and an MBA earned in 2015, Caroline has always been drawn to numbers and organization. She launched her own bookkeeping business in 2020, choosing to work only with partners who align with her values—a principle that naturally led her to GriffithLaw. She credits her time here with helping her grow as a professional, a leader, and even as a person.
Outside of work
Caroline loves being with her family, cheering on her son at baseball games, and coaching her daughter’s volleyball team. She also enjoys reading with her book club, traveling, and attending concerts. A seasoned traveler, she’s already visited 42 states and has her sights set on reaching all 50 before she turns 50.
