Supporting Clients Through
Trauma and Beyond.
Collette Jolley is a Case Manager at GriffithLaw, where she supports personal injury clients through every step of their legal journey. Since joining the firm in December 2024, Collette has brought a strong sense of purpose, clear communication, and a commitment to excellence to her role. Her responsibilities include managing case files, coordinating legal documents, and maintaining meaningful, timely contact with clients throughout the process.
Originally pursuing a career in education, Collette studied to become an ESL teacher focused on serving refugee and migrant communities. However, her firsthand experience with students in need of legal support sparked a shift in her career path. After landing her first role at a personal injury law firm, she quickly discovered how powerful this area of law can be in helping people at a disadvantage—especially those unfamiliar with the legal system.
At GriffithLaw, Collette enjoys being part of a team that values both community and client care. She’s proud to have expanded her knowledge beyond auto collision cases and continues to grow in her role every day. With a strong belief in doing meaningful work with intention, her favorite quote, “Anything worth doing is worth doing well,” serves as a daily reminder to bring her best to the table—for both her team and her clients.
Outside the office, Collette enjoys spending time with her dogs and exploring Nashville’s food scene—she’s currently working her way through the New York Times’ list of best restaurants in the city.
